Commercial District Services (CDS) offers an increased array of services for property, association and district managers throughout northern New Jersey.
With a fleet of five maintenance, sanitation and ambassador patrol vehicles, including one equipped with a Landa power washing unit and a Segway Personal Patroller, the firm has significantly enhanced CDS’s delivery of maintenance and sanitation services, as well as landscaping, grounds beautification and district ambassador services.
New Jersey’s economic challenges have compelled property managers, municipal administrators and commercial district administrators to address quality of life, safety and cleanliness concerns and to do so with reduced funding. CDS has more than 25 years of experience supporting public space managers and the investment made in the purchase of the new vehicles and equipment underscores the growing demand for services that supplement reduced service and do so at lower cost.
The vehicles and equipment are already being used by the CDS team in Jersey City’s Journal Square Central Business District and Colgate Center, a privately managed property on the city’s Gold Coast waterfront as well as in several Bergen and Essex County municipalities.
